Cafe Yaro Ltd is a proud independent cafe and restaurant located in the heart of Glasgow.
We specialise in serving classic cafe favourites, including freshly brewed coffee, homemade
cakes, traditional breakfasts, and lunches, with a unique culinary twist that sets us apart
from the rest. What truly distinguishes Cafe Yaro is our authentic “Desi” influence. We’re now
looking to expand and hire a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager
to assist in our expansion plans.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborates with senior management to define the café’s product and service
offerings in alignment with market trends and customer preferences. -
Assists in developing comprehensive sales strategies and establishing achievable
sales targets. -
Engages with clients to understand their needs and conducts customer feedback
surveys, and evaluates responses to products, pricing, and presentation. -
Collects, monitors, and interprets sales data to inform marketing strategies and
supports the planning and execution of promotional campaigns. -
Oversees key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent
service standards. -
Recruits, trains, and mentors junior sales and front-of-house staff to maintain high
performance and customer service quality. -
Prepares detailed reports and strategic recommendations on marketing and sales
performance for senior leadership. -
Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging markets
opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
